摘  要:某钢厂5 800 m3高炉热风炉主管道红柱石工作衬砖垮塌,长度近40 m,垮塌面积为整个圆形管道的上半圆弧。采用新研发的快干浇注料,进行支木模浇筑的方法恢复了整个垮砖管道,仅仅休风5天后,该高炉便顺利恢复了生产。在高炉生产中,管道炉壳表面温度一直<110℃,使用效果良好。此次主管道浇筑恢复工作衬的连续面积之大、时间之短为国内大型、特大型热风炉管道修复提供了全新的思路。The main pipe andalusite Working lining brick of the 5 800 m3 blast furnace hot blast stove in a steel mill are collapsed, which is nearly 40 m in length, and the collapse area is the upper arc of circular pipe.-Using the new developed quick-drying castable and the wood pattern casting method to restore the whole pipe down brick, just after damping down only five days, the blast furnace is resumed production smoothly. In the blast furnace production, the pipe surface temperature keeps 〈110 ℃ all the time, the use effect is good. The continuous area of this main pipe liningrestoration is big and the time is short, which provides anew train of thought for the domestic large and super large stove pipe repair.
