摘　　要：党的十八大报告明确提出党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与、法治保障的社会管理体制后,迫切需要建构我国的社会工作职业法律体系,依法规范、保障和推动社会工作的发展。党的十八届四中全会通过《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》后,这种需要更加迫切。目前迫切需要制定和建构我国的社会工作职业法律法规体系,包括社会工作职业法律法规、社会工作服务对象权利保护法律法规和社会工作服务机构法律法规。After the report of the CPC's 18 th makes clear that we need to improve the system of social management comprising party committee leadership, government responsibility, nongovernmental support,public participation, and legal guarantee, there is an urgent need to construct our country's social work professional legal system, standardize, to guarantee and promote the development of social work. The4 th session of the 18 th conference of the CPC adopt The decision of the CPC Central Committee on the comprehensive promotion of several major issues of the rule of law is urgently needs. There is an urgently need to develop and construct China's social work professional system of laws and regulations,including laws and regulations of the social work profession laws and regulations, social work service object rights protection laws and regulations and the social work service mechanism.
