摘 要:目的 了解高职高专医学院校学生语言运用现状,探究学生在语言运用上出现问题的原因.方法 选取山东医学高等专科学校2011级和2012级护理专业、涉外护理专业、助产专业373名学生为调查对象,以自编语言表达现状问卷对学生进行调查;抽取2011级学生的基础护理学课程期末考试试卷400份,统计试卷中出现的语言表达问题.对收集到的数据进行描述性分析.结果 94.9%的学生认为语言表达能力很重要,然而在口语和书面语言运用上存在较多的问题,表现在医学专业术语使用生疏、口语表达能力不强以及写作中的用词不当.结论 高职高专医学院校学生在语言运用上存在着问题,应当引起教育管理者的重视并采取针对性的干预措施.Objective To explore the present status of language competence and analyse the possible reason among diploma students.Methods A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted with 373 diploma students which studied in grade 2011 and 2012 of Shandong Medical College,and 400 professional course examination papers were chosen to analyse the error of writing as well.Results 94.9% students agreed that language competence is very important,but there were several problems both in oral and written performance,especially in the utilization of medical terminology,poor oral expression ability and misnomer in writing.Conclusions Educational administrator should pay attention to the importance of language competence among diploma students,and the specific,workable intervention should be developed and taken as well.
