摘　　要：目的:对一例莫西沙星静脉滴注过程中出现乳白色絮状沉淀的病例进行分析。方法:收集资料,进行配伍实验并总结分析。结果:该例莫西沙星出现乳白色絮状沉淀可能与氟氯西林钠或复方二氯醋酸二异丙胺附着在输液管壁、排气管有关。结论:临床应熟悉药物理化性质,关注药物配伍,合理安排给药顺序。Objective：To draw attention to drug compatibility and provide reasonable drug delivery system in clinic. Methods：By collecting data and applying compatibility experiments, a case of moxifloxacin with white flock in the process of the intravenous was analyzed and summarized. Results：The case of moxifloxacin with white flocks may be related to flucloxacillin sodium or compound diisopropylamine dichloroacetate adhered to the infusion tube wall and the exhaust pipe. Conclusions：The physical and chemical properties of drugs should be understood, and the effective preventions should be taken in order to avoid the possible incompatibility of drugs.
