摘 要:目的:用HPLC-ESI-MS初步鉴定石榴皮提取物中鞣质类化学成分。方法:采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈∶水,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:256 nm;采用负离子检测模式。结果:初步鉴定出石榴皮提取物中5个鞣质类化学成分,分别为没食子酸,安石榴磷,安石榴苷,鞣云实精,鞣花酸。结论:本方法快速、简便,适合石榴皮中鞣质类化学成分的初步鉴别,为中药活性成分研究提供新的思路。Objective: To identify the tannin-related constituents in the extracts of pomegranate peel by HPLC-ESI-MS. Methods:The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of water and acetonitrile.The flow rate was maintained at 1. 0 ml·min- 1and the detection wavelength was set at 256 nm. The samples were analyzed in negative modes. Results: Five tannin-related constituents including gallic acid,punicalin,punicalagin,corilagin and ellagic acid were identified from the extracts of pomegranate peel. Conclusion: The new method is accurate and rapid. It can be used to identify the tannin-related constituents in pomegranate peel and provide new ideas for the research of active components in traditional Chinese medicine as well.
