摘  要:为了更加科学有效地评价砂型铸造生产过程碳排放量与生产效率的问题,在分析砂型铸造过程碳排放的基础上,提出砂型铸造生产过程的碳效率模型和评价方法,使企业有针对性地开展节能减排活动.根据砂型铸造生产过程碳排放特性,建立工序碳源碳排放计算模型;分析铸造过程生产能力、设备利用率、生产周期以及能源消耗碳排放特征,建立4个维度的砂型铸造过程碳效率计算模型;采用灰色关联分析法,在砂型铸造碳效率模型的基础上,实现了对砂型铸造生产过程的碳效率评价.以某砂型铸造企业造型生产线为实例,验证了该模型的可行性和有效性.Carbon efficiency model and evaluation method were established based on analyzing the feature of sand casting in order to scientifically and effectively evaluate the carbon efficiency of sand casting process.The model and evaluation method of carbon efficiency were used for energy-conservation and emission-reduction effectively.The calculation model of process carbon sources was proposed based on the characteristics of sand casting production processes.The four-dimensional model of carbon efficiency was constructed with analyzing the production capacity,utilization of equipment,production cycle and energy consumption.The grey incidence analysis method based on carbon efficiency model was used to evaluate carbon efficiency of sand casting process.The examples of sand casting production process were performed to illustrate the application of the model and evaluation method.
