摘  要:目的研究ATP生物荧光技术用于牙科综合治疗台水路污染监测的可行性。方法采用生物荧光技术,对某口腔医院牙科综合治疗台水路污染进行监测,同时与细菌定量检测法作平行比较,以评价其可行性。结果牙科治疗台三个部位每个部位检测水样18份,两种方法共检测108份水样。结果表明,只有漱口水两种方法检测数值均在合格范围,手机和三用枪出口水污染超标比较严重。经统计学处理,两种检测方法的结果具有高度一致性。结论 ATP荧光法可以作为牙科综合治疗台水路污染监测的一种快速简便的初筛方法。Objective Study the feasibility of ATP bioluminescence assay for evaluating the bacterial contamination of dental unit waterlines. Methods The ATP bioluminescence assay was used to monitor water pollution of dental unit water- lines of a stomatological hospital, parallel compared with bacteria with quantitative methods to evaluate its feasibili- ty. Results 18 water samples of three parts of each dental unit were tested by two methods, the total was 108 water sam- pies. The results showed that by two methods of detection only mouthwash was in the acceptable range, hand pieces and 3 - in - 1 syringe for the export standard had serious water pollution. After statistics processing, the two methods testing re- suits were highly consistent. Conclusion ATP biolurr.inescence method can be used as a quick and easy sieve method for water pollution monitoring of dental synthetic treatment.
