摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐市医疗机构污水处置状况和消毒的效果,为监督管理提供科学依据。方法通过现场调查和采样检测方法,对乌鲁木齐市各级医疗机构污水处置情况进行了监测与分析。结果共调查乌鲁木齐市各级医疗机构122家,其中有93家进行了医疗污水处理,占调查医疗机构总数的76.2%。共采集各级医疗机构处理后医疗污水93份,合格73份,合格率为78.5%。结论乌鲁木齐市医疗机构污水处理率和处理合格率均有待提高,应当加强对医疗污水处置监管力度。Objective To understand the status of the Urumqi city sewage disposal of medical institutions and the disinfec- tion effect, provide scientific basis for the supervision and administration. Methods Field investigation and sampling test method were used to monitor and analyze the Urumqi city sewage disposal situation of medical institutions at all levels. Re- suits 122 medical institutions at all levels of Urumqi city were investigated, 93 had medical sewage treatment, which ac- counted for 76.2%. 93 samples of medical sewage after treatment of medical institutions at all levels were tested, 73 sam- pies were qualified, the average pass rate was 78.5%. Conclusion The qualification rate of sewage treatment and pro- cessing of medical institutions in Urumqi should improved, the results suggest we should strengthen the supervision on med- ical sewage disposal.
