摘  要:金属磁记忆检测技术是无损检测领域的新技术。采用建筑钢结构用钢Q345制作拉伸试样进行在线检测和离线检测,分析构件在不同变形阶段、不同缺口时的漏磁场信号变化规律。研究表明:根据漏磁场信号在检测线上的曲线形状可判断试样弹塑性状态;沿检测线对称反向测量,可确定颈缩区范围及断裂位置;漏磁场信号在加载方向上存在磁化反转现象,并提出磁荷梯度的概念。Metal Magnetic Memory Technology is a new technology in the field of nondestructive testing technology.The tensile specimens were made of Q345 steel which was used commonly for steel structure building.According to on detections line,the change rules of signals from leakage magnetic field of components with different deformation phase and different gaps in necking stage.Research showed that the curve shape of self-magnetization leakage field at the surface can determine the elastic-plastic state of the specimens.and reverse symmetry measurement alongs the detection line can determine the scope of the necking zone and fracture position.The obvious phenomenon of magnetization switch was presented,and the concept of the gradient of magnetic charge was proposed.
