摘  要:管道运输是能源、资源运输中最重要的一种手段。随着管道运输在世界领域内的迅速发展,随之产生的各种问题也愈发严重。因此,对于管道隐患的监控措施变得尤为重要。完善的管道监控可以保证运输的安全,提高运输的效率,避免事故的发生,让管道运输真正发挥它的优势。如今管道清管检测技术得到了广泛的应用,无论以何种技术进行检测,一个完整优秀的地图标记测试系统都必不可少,它为用户接收、统计、分析清管器发送的数据,并且能让用户更好更直观地检测整个管道中的情况。首先介绍了管道检测的意义,地图标记测试系统所包括的硬件、软件及其运作原理。传统的清管器检测系统需要人工检测,劳动强度大,效率低,根据管道检测需求,开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的清管器内检地图标记测试系统。整个地图标记测试系统主要由清管器、地面标记器、及地图标记测控系统组成。该系统实现了清管器内检测试过程中的数据传输及地图定位,提高了清管器内检测试的效率。实验室测试结果表明该系统整体稳定,较方便的获得清管器在管道中的具体位置,可以在上位机的地图系统中较为清楚的展现出来,为清管器的各项智能化监测奠定了基础。Pipeline transportation is one of the most important in the energy, resources, transportation means, with the rapid development of the pipeline, all kinds of problems are more serious in this area. Therefore, risk control measures have become particularly important for pipelines. Comprehensive pipeline monitoring can ensure the safety of transport, improving the efficiency of transport, to avoid accidents. Pipeline pigging detection technology has been extensively applied, regardless of the technology for testing, the map markers testing systems are indispensable to receive data, statistics, analysis and let users better and more visually inspect the entire pipeline. This article first describes the meaning of pipeline inspection, map markers test system including hardware, software, and operating principles. Traditional pigging detection systems require human cost and inefficient. According to the pipe's test needs, the map markers test system is developed based on virtual instrument technology. The map marker test system is mainly composed of pigging parts, ground marker and map markers measuring and control systems. The map markers test system communicates the data and map position and it improves the efficiency of pigging operation in the test. Laboratory test results show that the overall is stability, and more convenient access to pigging position in the exact location of the pipeline. The PC map systems demonstrate more clearly, and this system lays the foundations for pigging intelligent monitoring.
