摘 要:区域新能源大规模的发展,其中主要目标之一是为了提高系统新能源接入规模。为此文中构建了风-光-水互补系统优化运行的数学模型,考虑为一个送端区域系统,构建了相对标准偏差作为衡量波动性指标。将风机和光伏电池的个数作为变量,以新能源接入规模最大和输入主网波动性指标最小作为目标函数,综合考虑各类约束条件,并且采用多目标粒子群优化算法进行求解。最后,在IEEE-14节点系统中,以青海某地区资源为实例进行建模、求解和分析,结果验证了所提出优化配置方法的可行性。With the large-scale development of regional new energy,one of the main objectives is to improve access scale of new energy systems.In this paper,the mathematical model for wind-PV-Hydro complementary system is built,which is considered as a sending area system,and the relative standard deviation are taken as an index to measure the volatility characteristics.The number of wind turbines and photovoltaic cells are taken as the variables,to enlarge the access scale of new energy and to minimize the volatility index value of main grid are regarded as the objective function.By considering various types of constraints,the mathematical model is solved by using the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm.In the end,the model for IEEE-14 bus system is built,solved and analyzed by taking Qinghai region resource as example,and the simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of configuration optimization method.
