摘 要:利用酸溶解试样,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了铝硅锰铁中磷、铝元素。采用基体匹配与背景扣除法消除基体对待测元素的光谱干扰,确定了最佳试验条件。研究结果表明:铝硅锰铁中磷检出限为0.02μg/mL,铝检出限为0.05μg/mL。方法已成功地应用于铝系合金中多元素的测定,试验证明,本方法简便、快速、准确,分析结果满意。Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (IOP-AES) was adopted to simultaneously determine P and AI contents in aluminum silicon MnFe using samples dissolved in acid. Spectral interference to meas- ured elements was eliminated by matrix matching and background subtraction, to set up the optimal experimental con- dition. Tests showed that the detection limit of P was 0.02μg/ml while that of AI was 0.05μg/ml. This method has been successfully applied in determination of various elements in aluminum silicon alloys, showing it is a simple, fast, accurate and reliable method.
