摘  要:为推进CSP流程上电工钢产品的开发,对比了传统和CSP两种流程生产的电工钢产品铸态组织的异同点,分析了CSP流程生产的电工钢织构的演变规律,对微量元素Sn/Sb和退火温度与产品磁性能之间的影响规律进行了研究。结果表明:CSP流程生产的冷轧无取向电工钢铸态组织晶粒细小均匀;向钢中加入Sn和Sb有利于磁感提高;CSP流程生产的无取向电工钢,退火温度和退火时间对电工钢磁性的影响规律与传统类似。In order to promote the development of electrical steel products by CSP line in MaSteel, the authors compared both the similarities and differences in as-cast microstructures of conventionally and CSP produced non-orien- ted electrical steels, analyzed the evolvement of microstructure and texture of CSP produced electrical steel and stud- ied the effect of Sn, Sb and annealing parameters on the loss iron, magnetic induction and microstructure of CSP elec- trical steel. It was found that the as-cast microstructure of cold-rolled non-oriented electrical steel by CSP route has fine and uniformed grains, Sn and Sb addition can obviously improve magnetic induction and the effect of annealing pa- rameters on magnetic properties of CSP non-oriented electrical steel is similar to that of conventional electrical steel.
