摘 要:研究了有机硅季铵盐和壳聚糖季铵盐抗菌剂的抑菌活性以及两种抗菌剂复配后的抑菌性能。对革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌的抑菌实验结果表明,有机硅季铵盐对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度均为0.032 4 mg/mL;壳聚糖季铵盐对大肠杆菌的抑菌浓度为0.07 mg/mL,抑菌率为99.54%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌浓度为0.1mg/mL。壳聚糖季铵盐与有机硅季铵盐浓度的配比为0.5∶0.5时,40℃水浴处理30min,作用于大肠杆菌20min,抑菌率达到98.68%。作用于金黄色葡萄球菌,壳聚糖季铵盐与有机硅季铵盐浓度的配比为0.67MIC′HACC/0.67MIC′OSQAS时,抑菌率为99.44%。Two potential antibacterial agents of organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt(OSQAS)and chitosan quaternary ammonium salt(HACC) were combined and characterized for their antibacterial activity.The antibacterial results showed that the MIC of OSQAS for both E.coli and S.aureus was 0.032 4mg/mL;the MIC of HACC for E.coli was 0.07mg/mL with an antibacterial rate of 99.54%,while 0.1mg/mL for S.aureus.The propagation of E.coli was inhibited completely when incubated in the media containing 0.5MICHACC/0.5MICOSQAS,which was treated at 40 ℃ for30 min.However,antibacterial rate for S.aureus was 99.44% after incubated in the combination of0.67MIC′HACC/0.67MIC′OSQAS.
