摘  要:以四氯化钛为钛源,氨水为pH调节剂,H2O2为络合剂,采用低温水热法制备过氧改性的中性TiO2溶胶。室温条件下棉织物二浸二轧制备的TiO2溶胶,于80℃预烘干20min,170℃焙烘2min。ZETA电位粒径分析结果显示,自制溶胶平均粒径在65nm左右。织物的紫外线透过率和UPF测定结果显示,经溶胶整理后棉织物的紫外线防护性能大大提高。采用SEM对整理后棉织物进行表征,发现织物表面涂覆着比较均匀的薄膜。标准水洗实验证明,棉织物上的TiO2与织物结合牢固,10次水洗后织物的抗紫外性能没有下降,反而有所提高。Peroxo-modified nano-TiO2 sol was synthesized using titanium tetrachloride(TiCl4)as precursor,ammonia(NH3·H2O)as a pH adjusting agent,and peroxide(H2O2)as complex agent by hydrothermal method.The cotton fabric was applied with TiO2 sol by double-dip-double-nip method at room temperature,followed by pre-drying treatment at 80 ℃ for 20 min and baking treatment at170 ℃for 2 min.The average particle size of TiO2 sol was about 65 nm when tested with ZETA potential particle size analyzer.The UV transmittance and ultraviolet protection factor(UPF)of the treated fabric showed that its UV screening property was improved significantly.It was observed that the surface of cotton fabric was coated with relatively uniform film.The nano TiO2 coated on the cotton fabric had excellent fastness to washing,and its UV screening property was enhanced after 10 washing cycles.
