简易负压引流在严重耳廓不完全离断伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨简易负压引流在严重耳廓不完全离断伤治疗中的效果。方法将41例(41耳)患者随机分为负压组及对照组,对2组的愈合时间,术后第1、7天的疼痛数值进行比较。结果负压组愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),术后第1天疼痛数值显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论简易负压引流治疗严重耳廓不完全离断伤具有操作简单、病程明显缩短、患者痛苦小的优点。Objective patients with severe auricular To explore the effect of the simple incomplete amputation. Methods vacuum drainage on treatment of 41 patients （41 ears） were ran- domly divided into control group and vacuum group. Healing time and the pain values on the 1st day and 7th day after the operation were compared between two groups. Results The healing time and the pain value on the 1st day after the operation in the vacuum group were significantly shorter and less than those in the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Application of the simple vacuum drainage in treatment of patients with severe auricular incomplete amputation has advantages such as easy manipulation, shorter course of disease and less suffering.
