人性化理念在四肢开放性骨折患者急救护理中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究人性化理念在四肢开放性骨折患者急救护理中的应用。方法选取2011年10月—2013年10月的110例四肢开放性骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规急救护理组)和观察组(人性化理念组)各55例,将2组患者干预前后的治疗配合情况、心理应激情况及患者、家属对护理的满意程度进行比较。结果观察组干预后不同时间的治疗配合情况好于对照组,心理应激评估结果好于对照组,患者及家属对护理的满意程度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化理念在四肢开放性骨折患者急救护理中的应用价值较高,可有效改善患者的不良心理及治疗态度,更受患者及家属的欢迎。Objective To study the application of humanized concept in the emergency nursing of patients with limbs open fracture. Methods A total of 110 patients with limbs open fracture in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013 were randomly divided into control group（routine emergency nursing group） with 55 cases and observation group （humanized concept group）with 55 cases. And the therapeutic condition, psychological stress and satisfaction before and after the intervention were compared. Results The therapeutic condition, psychological stress and satisfaction of patients and their families in the observation group after the intervention were better than that of the control group, which showed significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The value of humanized concept applied in the emergency nursing in patients with limbs open fracture is high and it can effectively improve the adverse psychological status and treatment attitudes, so it is more welcomed by the patients and their families.
