综合康复护理措施对老年COPD患者肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合康复护理措施在改善老年COPD患者肺功能中的作用。方法将150例老年COPD患者作为观察对象,在常规治疗的基础上联合综合康复护理方案进行护理干预,比较干预前、干预后6个月的FEV1、FEV1/FVC、MMEF、VC、6MWT、PEF水平。结果综合康复护理干预后,150例老年COPD患者6 min步行实验、VC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、MMEF、PEF指标均较干预前有不同程度改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理干预可明显改善老年COPD患者肺功能、延缓疾病进展、提高生活质量,值得借鉴。Objective To discuss comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention in improving lung function in elderly patients with COPD. Methods A total of 150 elderly patients with COPD were given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of conventional treatment.The levels of FEV1,FEV1/ FVC,MMEF,VC,6MWT and PEF before and after six months of intervention were compared. Results After the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention,6 min walk test,the levels of VC,FEV1,FEV1/ FVC,MMEF and PEF of 150 elderly patients with COPD were improved in different degrees,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve lung function,delay disease progression and improve quality of life in elderly patients with COPD,so it is worthy of reference in clinic.
