循证护理在晚期青年肺癌患者治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在晚期青年肺癌患者治疗中的作用及效果。方法将80例青年肺癌患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,2组均采用肿瘤内科护理常规进行护理,干预组在此基础上,根据临床上获取的患者资料进行循证护理,应用《视觉模拟量表》、《匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)》对2组患者疼痛程度、睡眠质量进行评分,并根据化疗周期完成情况、WHO抗癌药物不良反应分度标准评价及Karnofsky(KPS)积分评价法,比较2组患者依从性、化疗副反应及生活质量。结果循证护理干预后,干预组疼痛程度、睡眠质量明显改善,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);干预组有效依从率、KPS有效改善率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将循证护理干预应用在晚期青年肺癌的治疗中,能有效减轻疼痛、改善睡眠、提高患者依从性及生活质量。Objective To discuss the effect of evidence- based nursing in young patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods A total of 80 lung cancer patients were randomly assigned to intervention group and control group with 40 patients in each group. The two groups were both conducted routine oncology nursing. On basis of routine nursing,the intervention group applied evidence- based nursing according to clinical data acquired. Visual Analog Scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale（ PSQI） were applied to record the scores of pain and sleep quality. Meanwhile,according to the completion of chemotherapy period,WHO anticancer drug adverse reactions indexing criteria and Karnofsky（ KPS） integral evaluation were applied to compare compliance,side effects of chemotherapy and quality of life of the two groups. Result After evidence- based nursing intervention,degree of pain and sleep quality were improved significantly in the intervention group compared with that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Compliance rate and KPS efficacy improvement rate was significantly higher in the intervention group than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention for patients with advanced lung cancer can effectively reduce pain,improve sleep quality,compliance and quality of life.
