摘 要:目的探讨认知、情绪和行为护理干预对肾内科血液透析患者的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将本院肾内科收治的行血液透析的终末期肾衰竭患者196例分为对照组和观察组各98例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组加强认知、情绪和行为护理干预,对比2组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者对血液透析过程的认知清楚率和治疗过程中的依从率均高于对照组,且其负面情绪的发生率明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理半年后,观察组在透析前的各项肾功能指标数值均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知、情绪和行为护理干预可以有效提高患者对血液透析的认知程度,防止负面情绪,提高患者在治疗过程中的依从性及护理满意度,保证血液透析的顺利进行和构建和谐的医患关系,具有重要的临床推广价值。Objective To explore influence of cognitive,emotional and behavioral nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients in nephrology department. Methods According to random number table method,a total of 196 end- stage renal failure patients with hemodialysis in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group,with 98 cases in each group. The control group accepted routine nursing while the observation group strengthened cognitive,emotional and behavioral nursing intervention. Nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results Cognitive clear rate and compliance rate in the process of hemodialysis in the observation group of patients with were higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of negative emotions was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). After six months nursing,the renal function indexes before hemodialysis in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P 〈0.05). And nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,which revealed significant difference( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Cognitive,emotional and behavioral nursing intervention can effectively improve cognition of hemodialysis,prevent the occurrence of negative emotions and improve compliance of patients in the treatment process and nursing satisfaction. So it ensures the construction of harmonious doctors- patients relationship and is of great clinical value.
