摘 要:目的探讨早期教育与护理对婴儿生长发育的影响。方法选择148例足月健康新生儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组78例和对照组70例。观察组家长均接受早期教育与护理培训,对照组家长均未接受早期教育与护理培训。比较2组婴儿家长早期教育及护理知识知晓率,并比较2组婴儿1岁时生长发育情况、发育商及四病发病率。结果观察组婴儿家长早期教育及护理知识知晓率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组婴儿1岁时体质量、身高均显著重于、高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组婴儿1岁时大运动、语言能力、精细运动发育评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组婴儿1岁前四病发病率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期教育与护理培训有助于提高家长相关知识知晓率,促进婴儿生长发育,提高儿童整体健康水平。Objective To study effect of early education and nursing on the growth and development of infants. Methods A total of 148 full- term healthy newborns were divided into observation group with 78 cases and control group with 70 cases according to random number table. The parents in the observation group were all given early education and nursing training,while those in the control group were not accept early education and nursing training. Knowledge awareness of parents about early education and nursing were compared,and the condition of growth and development,development quotient( DQ) and incidence of four diseases of one- year- old infants were compared.Results Knowledge awareness of parents about early education and nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 01). Weight and height of infants at age of one year were significantly heavier and higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). Development scores of gross motor,language skills and fine motor at one year old were significantly higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). Before age of one year,incidence of four diseases of infants was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Early education and nursing training could improve knowledge awareness of parents,promote infant growth and development and overall health level of children.
