摘 要:为了满足产品快速变形设计的需求,结合现有的设计方法,提出基于Solid Works部件参数化设计方法,并阐述了其设计过程及技术方法,并以曲柄压力机齿轮传动机构为实例,运用部件参数化设计方法,结合二次开发技术,对主要环节进行了研究,包括参数化部件模板的建立、参数的分类和方程式的添加。在Solid Works平台下建立了齿轮传动机构的参数化模板,将设计信息集成到部件模型中,使其能够根据设计需要进行变化与更新。通过这种方法实现了功能结构的快速设计,达到了缩短设计周期、提高工作效率的目的。In order to meet the requirements of rapid reconfigurable design, an approach of parametric components based on SolidWorks was presented by combining with the existing design method. The designing process and technical approach were also elaborated. The gear transmission mechanism of crank press was selected as a practical example to study the major part, including the establishment of paramet- ric component template, the classification of parameters and the addition of equation, using the approach of parametric components and combining with the secondary development technology. The parametric model for gear transmission mechanism was established based on SolidWorks and the design information was integrated into component model. Thus, the model could change and update based on design requirement automatically. At last, the fast changes in function structure are implemented, and the goals for shortening the designing peri- od and improving the work efficiency are achieved by this approach at the same time.
