摘 要:本文使用X射线荧光光谱仪,采用人工制备标样,以粉末直接压片和经验系数校正基体效应的方法,建立了铜基催化剂中CuO、ZnO和Al203含量的快速测定方法。考察了样品厚度的影响及方法的精密度和准确度。该法待测元素线性范围较宽,分别为:CuO:13.0Voo~97.0%,ZnO:0~63.0%,A12O2:0~25.0%,且相关系数均大于0.99。测定各元素的相对标准偏差均小于0.3%,且测定结果与化学滴定分析结果吻合。该方法快速、简便,可应用于工业生产质量监控。The content of copper,zinc and aluminum(expressed as their oxides) in copper-based catalyst is determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The simulated standard samples are prepared in the form of pellets, and the matrix effects are corrected by the empirical coefficients. The effect of sample thickness,the precision and accuracy of working curves are studied. The method shows a wide linear range of elements,namely:CuO:13.0%-97.0% ,ZnO.0-63.0% ,and AI203:0-25.0%. The correlation coefficients are greater than 0.99. The relative standard deviations of each element are less than 0.3 % within the above ranges. The measured results agree with the results of chemical titration. This method is rapid, simple and can be used in industrial quality control.
