大学生社会支持与孤独感的关系:感恩的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:考察感恩在社会支持与孤独感之间的中介作用。方法:采用社会支持评定量表、感情与社会孤独量表、青少年感恩量表调查了528名大学生。结果:1社会支持与孤独感呈显著负相关,与感恩呈显著正相关;感恩与孤独感呈显著负相关;2社会支持和感恩对大学生的孤独感均具有保护作用,社会支持既直接影响大学生的孤独感,又通过感恩对其产生间接影响。结论:增强社会支持,有利于培养大学生的感恩,对大学生孤独感具有保护作用。Objective： To examine the mediating role of gratitude on the relationship between social support and loneli- ness. Methods： 528 undergraduates were selected to fulfill the Social Support Rating Scale, Emotional and Social Loneliness Scale and Adolescent Gratitude Scale. Results： ①Social support was negatively and positively correlated with loneliness and gratitude respectively, and gratitude was negatively correlated with loneliness. ②Both social support and gratitude had protective effects on loneliness, and gratitude partially mediated the relationship between social support and loneliness. Conclusion： High social support contributes to increasing gratitude and thus protects undergraduates from loneliness.
