摘　　要：教师专业共同体对于教师个体和团体的专业发展具有积极的意义。教师专业共同体的核心特征既是一个学习共同体,也是一个合作共同体。构建教师专业共同体,一要形成"共同体的愿景",二要营造"共同体的文化",三要体认"共同体的身份"。Teachers professional community is of positive significance to individual and team development of teachers. Its core characteristic lies in that it is both a study community and a cooperative community. The construction of the community should be carried out from three aspects： forming the vision of the community, creating the culture of the community and recognizing the identity of the community.
