摘　　要：抗战胜利后,上海电影院业力图恢复振兴,电影院业同业公会在重组后亦为此多方筹划。公会着意于影院经营需要,从票价调整、营业秩序、税费减免等方面既与政府交涉,亦与同业协调,在维护行业秩序、谋取同业公益方面发挥重要功用。公会之自治行为,得益于同业支持,但受制于政府的支持程度。公会的团体交涉可节约交易成本,为影院经营发展拓展市场空间。After the Anti -Japanese War, the cinema industry in Shanghai tried to restore its revitalization. The guild, after its reorganization, worked for this purpose in many ways. The guild took full account of the need of cinema＇s management, and played an important role in maintaining the industry order and seeking the public ben- efit of the industry by negotiating with the government and coordinating with the same business on fare adjust- ment, business order, tax relief and other related aspects. The autonomous actions of the guild profited from the support of the same trade, but also subject to the degree of government support. Collective negotiations of the guild could save transaction costs and expand the market space for the development of the cinema business.
