摘　　要：1950年代初期,鉴于共产党在法国议会选举中得票率过高的现状,美国心理战略委员会负责制定了编号为PSB D-14c的心理战略计划,试图以此有效遏制共产党在西欧特别是在法国的发展。从短期实施效果来看,经过法美两国的共同努力,该计划得到了很好的落实,法国共产党的力量被严重削弱。不过,受多种因素影响,该计划的最终实施效果究竟如何却仍有待做进一步考察。In the early 1950s, given the French Communist Party winning a high vote in the parliamentary elections, the U. S. Psychological Strategy Board was responsible for making a PSB D - 14c plan, and tried to contain the further extension of the Communist Party in Western Europe. The short - term impact of this plan is very useful because the power of the Communist Party in France weakened obviously, however, af- fecting by many factors, the final effect of this plan still needs further investigation.
