摘　　要：高校网络的思想政治教育功能主要体现在引导形成正确的政治意识、形成优良的校风学风和防范网络沉溺等方面。针对高校网络思想政治工作面临的新情况和新变化,校园网的管理者必须进一步增强用马克思主义占领高校思想文化阵地的政治意识,提高对思想政治教育进网络重要性和紧迫性的认识,充分发挥网络对思想政治教育的积极作用。鉴于校园网管理机制可能存在的两类缺陷,一方面,需要对校园网管理机制进行优化,加强规章制度建设;另一方面,要动员和依靠师生员工参与校园网管理,建立"引导下的自律管理"模式,充分运用信息网络技术手段开展思想政治工作,增强校园网对大学生的凝聚力,引导大学生在使用校园网时表现出符合社会要求的思想政治和道德品质的行为。The function of university network ideological and political education mainly focuses on three fields ： the guid- ance of forming a correct political consciousness, the formation of fine university spirit and style of study, and prevention of network addiction etc. According to the new situation and new change facing the university network ideological and po- litical work, the campus network manager must be further enhanced to occupy the position of university ideological and culture with the Marx doctrine of political consciousness, improve the understanding of setting ideological and political education into the campus network, and give full play to the positive role of network to the ideological and political educa- tion. In view of the existence of two types of possible defects in the campus network management mechanism, on the one hand, we need to optimize it, strengthening the construction of rules and regulations. On the other hand, we need to mo- bilize and rely on the staff and students to participate in the management of campus network, and set up a self-discipline management mode under the guidance, to make full use of information network technology to carry out ideological and po- litical work, also to enhance the cohesion of campus network of college students, guiding students to show behaviors in line with the requirements of the ideological and political in the use of the campus network.
