摘　　要：上海自由贸易试验区的设立,引起了国内外理论界和实际工作部门的极大关注,可复制的制度创新、服务业的扩大开放、功能拓展的深化推进与法制保障的完善等举措,势必对广西政府职能转变、经济发展思路、产业结构升级以及桂沪合作的持续深化等领域的改革和发展产生一系列深远影响。在分析上海自由贸易试验区对广西带来的机遇和挑战的基础上,提出了广西加快建设中国-东盟自由贸易区升级版,主动适应国际贸易便利化、金融市场化新规则等方面全面深化改革的对策建议。The establishment of China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone has attracted great attention from not only the academia but also those gavern- mental agencies and departments at home and abroad. Specific measures in the zone such as the administrative management innovation, enlarged opening-up of the service industry, deepening and promoting of the expanded functions as well as the perfection of the legal system can be copied and will certainly have signifi- cant impact on Guangxi＇s reform and development in fields like transforming the functions of the local government, broadening the ways of economic develop- ment, upgrading of the industrial structure and sustainably strengthening the cooperation between Guangxi and Shanghai. This paper, based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges brought to Guangxi by China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone, puts forward countermeasures on how to boost the all-round reform in Guangxi, including the speedy construction of the upgraded China- ASEAN Free Trade Area and the active adaption to the new rules of the international trade facilitatation and financial marketization.
