摘　　要：针对二手房组合交易匹配决策问题,提出了一种新的决策分析方法.首先,给出二手房组合交易匹配、个体理性、不浪费、公平、帕累托占优和帕累托有效匹配方案的定义.然后,依据交易过程中卖方提供的评价信息以及买方提供的多属性期望水平和距离需求信息,给出买卖双方匹配满意度的计算方法.进一步地,在考虑匹配方案稳定性的基础上,设计了确定最优匹配方案的扩展H-R算法,并证明了其合理性.最后,给出了一个实例,说明扩展H-R算法的有效性和实用性.With respect to the second-hand house combination matching problem, a novel decision-making analysis method is proposed. Firstly, the definitions of second-hand house combination matching, individual rationality, no wasteful, fairness, pareto optimal and pareto efficient matching alternatives are given. Then, the methods for calculating matching satisfaction degrees of buyers and sellers are given by considering the evaluation provided by sellers and the aspiration level on multi-attribute and distance demand provided by buyers. Further, an extended H-R algorithm considering the stability of matching alternative is designed to determine the optimal matching alternative, and the rationality of this algorithm is proved. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the efficient and feasible of extended H-R algorithm.
