构建当代中国话语体系的难点与对策

摘　　要：话语体系承载着一个民族国家特定的思想文化、价值观念,是国家软实力的重要组成部分。中国话语体系是中国特定的文化基因密码。当前,在世界话语体系中,"西强我弱"的局面十分明显,话语权斗争十分激烈,而斗争的核心是马克思主义指导下的中国话语与西方霸权话语之争。如何振兴中国话语,构建中国特色社会主义话语体系,增强国家文化软实力,是一个长期的过程,需要全国人民共同努力,坚持马克思主义指导地位不动摇,坚持中国特色社会主义理论自信、道路自信、制度自信不动摇,从容应对西方话语霸权,不断增强中国话语的吸引力、影响力。Discursive system,which carries a nation's specific ideology,culture and values,is an important component of a nation's soft power.The discursive system of China specifically serves as a genetic code for Chinese culture.Currently,the situation is clear that Western countries remain strong while China is still comparatively weak within the global discursive system,and there continues to have fierce struggle for discursive power,at the core of which lies the competition between the Chinese discourse under the guidance of Marxism and the Western hegemonic discourse.It is a long process to revitalize the Chinese discourse,construct a discursive system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and enhance China's cultural soft power.It calls for the whole nation's concerted efforts,firm adherence to the guiding role of Marxism,firm confidence in the theory,road and system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,calm response to the Western discursive hegemony,and continuous reinforcement of the attractiveness,communicative capability and influence of the Chinese discourse.
