摘　　要：图书馆联盟的成功与稳定发展在很大程度上依靠联盟内成员馆之间的高度信任来支撑与维持,而各成员馆之间的彼此信任是其联盟成功与稳定发展的关键与基石。基于对图书馆联盟中的信任与信任机制概念的基本分析,研究信任机制的构建在图书馆联盟运行与发展中的作用,从"调整、激励、公平、沟通"等4个方面探讨联盟成员馆间的信任机制建立和培育的方法与途径,以促使联盟成员馆间的初始信任向持续信任、长久信任转化,为图书馆联盟的健康发展提供不竭动力。The successful and steady development of the libraries alliances largely rely on the high level of trust among members in the libraries to support and keep, and the trust among the members is the key cornerstone of its alliance to be successful and stable. The paper makes a fundamental analysis based on the concept of trust among members of library, studies the role of operation and development to build trust mechanism in the library alliances. From the aspects of adjustment, motivation, fairness, communication, we investigate the mechanism of building and nurturing ways of trust among the members of the league, to promote alliance members＇ initial trust to be continued trust and long-term trust, to provide unremitting impetus to the healthy development of library consortium.
