摘  要:比较了2种膨胀型阻燃剂对聚丁烯-1的阻燃改性,并研究了高温硅油与膨胀型阻燃剂A阻燃聚丁烯-1体系。结果表明:阻燃剂A质量分数为15%时,垂直燃烧时间为32.05 s,加入0.6%高温硅油后,垂直燃烧时间降到16.23 s;当阻燃剂A质量分数为20%、高温硅油为0.6%时,制品的极限氧指数为34.0%,UL-94达到V-0级,制品的断裂伸长率为151.27%,拉伸强度为18.69 MPa,并有效提高了冲击强度。Two kinds of intumescent flame retardants were compared on the retardant properties of PB-1. Furthermore, the high temperature silicone oil and intumescent flame retardant A (IFR-A) were studied in flame-retardant polybutylene-1 system. Results showed that the vertical burning time was 32.05 s when the content of IFR-A was 15% . However, the vertical burning time was reduced to 16.23 s with the addition of 0.6% high temperature silicone oil, which reached the UL-94 V-0 rating. When the content of IFR-A was 20% with 0. 6% high temperature silicone oil, the limited oxygen index(LOI) value of sample was 34.0%, the UL-94 testing was V-0 level, the elongation at break was 151. 27%, the tensile strength was 18.69 MPa. Moreover, compared with none high temperature silicone oil added, the notched impact strength were increased.
