摘  要:采用表面接枝法将氨基磺酸胍(GAS)引入多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)得到MWNTs-GAS,之后与尼龙6(PA6)进行熔融共混制备了PA6/MWNTs-GAS纳米复合材料。结果表明:MWNTs-GAS可以明显改进材料的阻燃性能,当添加量为3%时,LOI从纯PA6的22.2%提高到24.2%;燃烧时间从纯PA6的24.1 s提高到47.1 s,且熔滴现象与成炭性能显著改善;力学性能方面,与纯PA6相比,复合材料的冲击强度略有下降但拉伸强度明显提高,当添加量为1%时,PA6复合材料的拉伸强度从32.4 MPa提高至45.9 MPa。此外,对MWNTs-GAS在PA6基体中的阻燃及增强作用机理进行了探讨分析。MWNTs-GAS was prepared by chemical grafting with guanidine sulfamate (GAS) on the surface of muhiwall carbon tubes (MWNTs). PA6/MWNTs-GAS composite were prepared by melt compounding, and the influence of MWNTs- GAS on the fire retardant performance of the composite was investigated. The results showed that LOI value increased from 22.2% to 24.2% at the presence of 3% MWNTs-GAS. The time to dripping was significantly prolonged from 24. 1 s to 47.1 s, and the droplet phenomenon and char formation ability wereimproved remarkably. The tensile strength was also enhanced at the presence of MWNTs-GAS, with reinforcement from 32.4 to 45.9 MPa while the impact strength was slightly decreased. The retardant and reinforce mechanism of MWNTs-GAS in PA6 was proposed and discussed.
