摘  要:通过悬浮聚合法合成制备了1种耐有机溶剂性能极佳的发泡微胶囊,这种微胶囊能够在二甲苯、丁酮、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、环己烷或者混合溶剂中使用。它的壁材由以丙烯腈为主要单体合成的共聚物组成,芯材由异丁烷和异戊烷混合组成,引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰,交联剂为二丙烯酸丁二醇酯。通过热机械分析、热失重分析及耐溶剂性能测试等一系列分析方法,对微胶囊发泡性能和耐溶剂性能进行了分析,同时还研究了影响微胶囊发泡性能和耐溶剂性能的主要因素。结果表明:当丙烯腈用量为75%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯用量为25%,引发剂用量为单体质量分数1.5%,交联剂用量为单体质量分数0.2%,发泡剂异丁烷和异戊烷用量均为单体质量分数20%,时,制备出的发泡微球的最大发泡温度θm达167.5℃,发泡后密度仅为10.3 kg/m3。同时,发泡微球表现出良好的耐溶剂性能。A kind of physical foaming microsphere which was excellent in solvent resistance had been successfully synthesized by suspension polymerization. The mierosphere could be used in many kinds of solvents, such as toluene, methyl ethyl ketone, dioctyl phthalate, aliphatic, cyclohexane or their mixtures. Its wall material was made up of a copolymer, the main monomer was acrylonitrile, the core material was consist of the mixture of isobutane and isopentane, the initiator was BPO and the cross-linking agent was BDDMA. The factors affected the foaming property and solvent resistance property had been found by a series of analysis, such as TG,TMA and solvent resistance tests. The results showed that when the formulation contains 1.5% BPO, 0. 2% 1,4-butanediol diacrylate,20% isooctane,20% isopentane, 75% AN and 25% MMA, the synthesized microspheres could expand at 167. 5℃, the density could be as low as 10. 3 kg/m3. At the same time, the expandable microspheres had excellent solvent resistance.
