摘 要:研究了牌号为TMB-5的β成核剂(β-NA)含量对等规聚丙烯(PP)力学性能的影响,发现试样质量分数为0.05%时韧性最好,约是纯PP的2.5倍,但拉伸强度也最低;随着含量的继续增加,试样冲击强度迅速下降到稍高于纯PP的平台值,但拉伸强度也随之提高。运用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、二维广角X射线衍射(2WAXD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对试样的结晶度和晶体结构进行了研究,发现上述力学性能的不同是由两方面原因导致:作为增韧主体的β晶,一方面试样质量分数为0.05%时最高;另一方面,该含量的试样中β晶发育最为完善,有利于晶片之间的滑移,所以增韧效果最好。Influence of concentration of β nucleating agent (β-NA) trade named TMB-5 on the mechanical properties of isotactic polypropylene (PP) was investigated. It was found that when the β-NA content was 0.05% , the toughness of the samples was the best, which was almost 2.5 times of pure PP, whereas the tensile strength was the lowest. With the β-NA content went on, the impact strength of the samples decreased steeply down to a constant value, which was only higher than that of pure PP lightly, meanwhile, the tensile increased rapidly. Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) , two-dimensional wide-angle X-ray diffraction (2WAXD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to study the crystallinity and crystalline structure. It was found that the difference in mechanical properties of the blends may be caused by two reasons, on the one hand, β-crystal, as the main subject of toughening, its content was the highest when the β-NA concentration was 0. 05%. On the other hand, the β-crystal on the sample was the most completely developed, which was beneficial to the siPPing between the lamella, so the toughening effect was the best.
