摘 要:分析了非对称外给电子体及非对称加氢气的聚合方法对聚丙烯分子结构的影响,并用DSC和GPC等表征手段对聚丙烯结构进行分析。结果表明:非对称外给电子体技术制备的聚丙烯的等规指数分布较宽,具有低等规度的大分子和高等规度的小分子的特征,使聚丙烯等规序列分布均匀化,有利于提高薄膜挺度,并提高薄膜厚度均匀性,而非对称加氢技术制备的聚丙烯分子量分布较宽,保证了聚丙烯熔体高速拉伸的稳定性。非对称外给电子体和非对称加氢技术制备的聚丙烯具有高速拉膜稳定性好、成膜率高、无破膜,模头无烟雾和油性物质、不结焦,厚薄均匀、表面平整性好,挺度高、透明性好的优点,成功应用于高速、高挺度BOPP工业化生产。Influence of asymmetric hydrogen and asymmetric external donor polymerization method on the molecular structure of polypropylene was analysed, and the microstructure of the obtained polypropylene was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and gel permeation chromatographic analyses (GPC). It was found that the molecular structure of polypropylene obtained by asymmetric external donor technology was that the degree of tacticity of large molecular component was low, while the degree of tacticity of small molecular component was high, structure of this kind made for improving the stiffness and homogeneity of BOPP. In addition, the molecular weight distribution of polypropylene obtained by asymmetric hydrogen technology was broad which could ensure stability of melt high speed tension. BOPP film made from polypropylene synthesized by both asymmetric hydrogen technology and asymmetric external donor technology had many advantages such as good stability of melt h!gh speed flowing, high film forming efficiency, no rupture of membranes, no smoke and oily substance in die-head, noncoking, homogeneous thickness, good surface smoothness, high stiffness and good transparency, so it was successfully applied in BOPP film.
