摘  要:以苯基二氯化膦(DCPP)和异丙醇为原料,合成了苯基次膦酸二异丙酯化合物(PPDIE)。并用FTIR和1H NMR对产物结构进行了表征,最佳工艺条件为:以三乙胺为缚酸剂,在氮气的保护下,苯基二氯化膦、异丙醇和三乙胺的摩尔比为1:2.2:2.2,温度控制在30℃下反应3 h,之后过滤,滤液蒸馏出有机溶剂、过量的异丙醇和缚酸剂,再减压蒸馏出苯基次膦酸二异丙酯,产率为95.9%。用极限氧指数法测定了该化合物应用于环氧树脂的阻燃性能。Synthesized the phenylphosphinie diisopropyl ester(PPDIE) by using dichlorophenyl phosphine (DCPP) and isopropyl alcohol as the raw material. And then, the structure of product was characterized by FTIR, 1H - NMR. The optimal conditions for preparation were selected as follows. Under the N2 atmosphere, triethylamine was the acid -aeeppter, the molar ratio of DCPP, isopropyl alcohol and triethylamine was 1:2.2:2.2, reaction time was 3 h at 30 ~C , then filtered, distilled the organic solvent, excess isopropyl alcohol and the acid - aceppter from the filtrate, the PPDIE was obtained by vacuum distillation. The percentage of the reaction yield could reach to 95.9% . The compoud was applied to epoxy resin to test its flame retardant properties by LOI technique.
