改性煤矸石制备聚丙烯塑料填料

摘　　要：将煤矸石进行粉磨至74μm,于350℃下脱碳,加入20%浓度固液比1∶1.1的HCl脱铁,然后将煤矸石粉磨至37μm,加入煤矸石质量比5%的Na Cl于750℃进行融盐煅烧处理,处理后的煤矸石通过KANGGUANG WSD-3C全自动白度仪测定白度达到91,通过Micromeritics Tri Star 3000型分析仪测定比表面积达到247 m2/g,符合聚丙烯填料要求。进一步以0.5%KH-550醇溶液(KH-550∶醇∶水=20∶72∶8)对煤矸石表面改性,将改性后煤矸石与聚丙烯按20∶100比例混合,制备成标准样条,通过WDW-10E型万能拉力试验机测定改性后聚丙烯拉伸强度为35.4 MPa,通过XJJUD-50组合式简支梁、悬臂梁冲击试验机测定缺口冲击强度为11.7 J/m。The coal gangue was grinded to 74 p,m, then decarbonized at 350℃, removed iron by HCl,which concentration was 20% ,solid -loquid ratio was 1. 1, grinded the coal gangue to 37 μm, added 5% NaC1 mass ratio of coal gangue, calcininged at 750℃ ,the whiteness of coal gangue was 91 tested by KANGGUANG WSD-3C ,the surface area was 247 m2/g tested by Micromeritics TriStar 3000, meet the requirement of polypropylene. Further modified the coal gangue by 0.5% KH- 550 （ KH-550 ： ethanol： H20 = 20 ： 72 ： 8 ） , mixed the coal gangue modified by KH-550 and polyoxymethylene, which the mass ratio was 20：100,the tensile strength of test sample was 35.4 MPa tested by WDW-10E universal tensile testing machine and the notch impact strength of test sample was 11.7 J/m tested by XJJUD-50 simply supported cantilever beam impact testing machine.
