益气活血解毒方药中黄芩黄酮组分提取工艺的优化研究

摘　　要：目的:优化黄芩黄酮组分的提取工艺,为制备益气活血解毒胶囊奠定基础。方法:以芦丁为对照品,建立黄芩总黄酮含量的测定方法;采用正交试验,以总黄酮得率为指标,考察溶剂量、提取次数、提取时间等对黄芩中总黄酮含量的影响,优选最佳提取工艺。结果:通过对正交试验结果的极差和方差分析,优选黄芩总黄酮提取的最佳工艺为:料液比为1∶10,提取3次,每次2 h。结论:试验结果表明提取次数对黄芩总黄酮的得率有显著影响,其次为提取时间、溶剂量。该工艺简单、方便、合理、可行,适合工业化生产。Objective： To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids of Scutellaria for the preparation of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu capsules. Methods： With Rutin as reference,we established the method of Scutellaria flavonoid content by using the orthogonal test with yield of the total flavonoids as index,and investigated the amount of solvent,extraction time and extraction time to optimize the extraction process. Results： Using analysis of range and variance of orthogonal experiment,the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids of Scutellaria was： liquid ratio 1： 10,extract 3 times,each time 2hours. Conclusion： Orthogonal test shows that the number of extraction is a significant effect and the next is extraction time and solvent volume. The process is simple,convenient,reasonable,feasible and suitable for industrial production.
