天仙子和南天仙子两种药材显微鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的:通过显微鉴定研究,区别天仙子和南天仙子两种易混中药材。方法:组织切片采用FAA试液固定,石蜡制片法进行制备,粉末制片采用水合氯醛透化,稀甘油封片的方法进行。结果:对两种中药材的组织切片和粉末进行显微观察,并利用显微摄影直接照相,两者显微特征区别明显。结论:显微鉴定方法可以准确的区别出两种中药,为天仙子药材2015版《中华人民共和国药典》的显微鉴定标准提供参考,准确区别这两种中药材提供依据。Objective： Through the study of microscopic identification,to identify henbane and south henbane. Methods： The FAA was used to fix tissue sections prepared by the method of paraffin and the powder preparation prepared by chloral hydrate permeabilization and diluted by glycerol mounting method. Results： Both tissue sections and powder preparations were observed by microscopic view and photomicrography was used to direct photography. There was obvious difference between the two microscopic characteristics by micrography direct radiography. Conclusion： This method is accurate and reliable and can identify two kinds of herbs microscopically.
