摘　　要：目的:研究紫苏叶与生姜组合物观察该抗癌呕吐不良反应。方法:在小鼠肿瘤模型上观察组合物抑制肿瘤作用和在水貂呕吐模型观察其止呕效果。结果:证明该紫姜组合物对于顺铂所致水貂的呕吐反应有对抗作用(P<0.01);并证明该组合物对于小鼠体内S180肉瘤、肝癌H22、艾氏腹水瘤EAC也有抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论:紫姜组合物有抑制肿瘤的作用。Objective： To study the detoxification and synergistic effect of zingiber- rhizoma composition in the radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods： The part one used the classic mink vomiting model to observe the anti- emetic effect. The part two used the mice tumor model to observe the anti- tumor effect. Results： The part one proved that the composition can significantly resist mink vomiting response caused by cisplatin. The part two proved that the composition had obvious inhibition to the S180,H22 and EAC tumor in mice. Conclusion： The composition can reduce vomiting side effects caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy of cancerand has synergistic effect in the treatment of cancer.
