中药复方对非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾调肝中药复方对非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者性激素的影响。方法:采用前瞻性单盲随机对照设计,选择肾虚肝郁型非肥胖型PCOS(BMI<25)患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例,采用毓麟珠和柴胡舒肝散治疗3个月,每日1剂,早晚分服;对照组30例,选用二甲双胍片(格华止):1000 mg,每日2次,早晚随餐口服。对治疗前后性激素水平、月经周期,排卵率,妊娠率进行对比观察。结果:1.治疗3月后,两组患者LH/FSH较前水平均有降低,以治疗组降低明显,P<0.05;2.治疗3月后,治疗组LH较前有明显降低,P<0.05;对照组LH较前有降低,但无统计学差异;3.治疗3月后,两组月经周期、排卵率及妊娠率均有改善,治疗组疗效优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:补肾调肝中药复方以及二甲双胍片均能改善非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者月经周期,提高排卵率及妊娠率,可能是通过降低LH及LH/FSH起作用。Objective： To observe the effects of Bushen Tiaogan recipe on sex hormone in women with polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS）. Method： According to the prospective single blind randomized controlled design method,60 non-obese PCOS women with renal deficiency and hepatic stagnation were divided into two groups： the therapeutic group（ 30cases） who were administrated Yulinzhu Decoction and Chaihu Shugan Powder one dose every day in the morning and evening and the control group（ 30 cases） who were administrated metformin tablets 0. 50 g twice a day. After 3 months,sex hormone levels,menstruation cycle,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared to those before treatment. Results： LH and LH / FSH levels were lower as compared with those in patients of the therapeutic group before treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. And the effects were better in the therapeutic group than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05） and menstruation cycle,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were improved in the two groups after treatment. Conclusion： Bushen Tiaogan recipe and metformin tablets can both improve menstruation cycle,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of non- obese PCOS patients by reducing LH and LH / FSH levels.
