真武汤加减辅助治疗腹腔间室综合征分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨真武汤加减辅助治疗腹腔间综合征临床疗效。方法:90例腹腔间综合征患者根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,各45例;对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合真武汤加减治疗。两组患者疗程均为2周。结果:治疗组治疗后总有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);疗组治疗后腹内压显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后BUN显著高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后β2-MG显著低于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:真武汤加减辅助治疗腹腔间综合征临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者肾功能,降低腹内压,具有重要临床研究价值,值得进一步推广应用。Objective： To investigate the adjuvant treatment of Zhenwu decoction between celiac syndrome clinical efficacy. Methods： 90 cases among this group of celiac syndrome were randomly divided into control and treatment groups according to a random number table,all 45 cases; control group received conventional western medicine treatment group combined Zhenwu decoction for treatment in the control group basis. Patients were treated for two weeks. Results： The total effective rate（ 93. 33%） was significantly higher after treatment,and there is statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）;treatment of intra- abdominal pressure after the treatment group was significantly lower than before the treatment and control group after treatment,and there was significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）; after treatment,BUN was significantly higher,and there is statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）; after treatment,β2- MG was significantly lower than the control group,and there were significant differences（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Zhenwu decoction adjuvant treatment between celiac syndrome significant clinical effect,can significantly improve renal function,reduce intra- abdominal pressure,has important clinical research value,worthy of further application.
