芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者常见中医症候的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察芪苈强心胶囊治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者常见中医症候的影响。方法:选取唐山市中医医院心内科门诊及住院治疗的心力衰竭患者376例,随机分为芪苈强心组200例和常规组176例,芪苈强心组在常规组基础上给予口服芪苈强心胶囊治疗,于入组时及治疗后4周时查肝肾功能及评价中医症候改善情况。结果:CHF常见中医症候中疲倦乏力、胸闷胸痛、心悸、气急气喘、浮肿、面色、口唇、甲床、舌质、脉象患病率均大于50%。芪苈强心组较常规治疗组疲倦乏力、咳嗽、纳差、自汗、盗汗、畏寒、面色、口唇、甲床、舌质、脉象均进一步改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效确切,中医症候明显改善,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the influence of Qili Qiangxin capsule on common traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） syndromes of chronic heart failure（ CHF）. Method： 376 CHF patients from department of cardiology outpatient and inpatient of Tangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected. Patients were randomly divided into Qili Qiangxin group（ 200 cases） and the conventional group（ 176 cases）. Qili Qiangxin group was given oral Qili Qiangxin Capsule based on the conventional group. We assayed liver and kidney function and evaluated TCM symptoms improved conditions. Result： The morbidity rate of fatigue,distress and chest pain,palpitation,asthma,gasping and asthma,edema,complexion,lips,nail bed,tongue nature and pulse conditions were all greater than 50% in TCM syndromes of CHF.Compared with conventional group,fatigue,cough,poor appetite,spontaneous perspiration,night sweat,chilly feeling,complexion,lips,nail bed,tongue nature and pulse conditions of Qili Qiangxin group were significantly improved and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05,P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Qili Qiangxin Capsule has definite curative effect on CHF. TCM symptoms improved significantly,worthy of clinical application.
