葛菊醒神方对小鼠肝损伤保护作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察葛菊醒神方对急性酒精性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法:将健康SPF级昆明小鼠60只,顺应性喂养3 d,随机分为空白组,模型组,阳性药物对照组,葛菊醒神方高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。除空白组外,其他组小鼠灌胃50%乙醇(20 m L/kg),灌胃乙醇0.5 h后,灌服相应计量药物。观察用药后小鼠嗜睡时间、血清中ALT、AST水平和肝组织形态学改变。结果:与模型组比较,葛菊醒神方缩短酒精性肝损伤小鼠模型嗜睡时间(P<0.01);降低了血清中谷丙转氨酶(AST)和谷草转氨酶(ALT)的活性(P<0.01);病理组织学显示,葛菊醒神方可减轻肝脏脂肪变性,使肝细胞坏死面积减小。结论:葛菊醒神方能明显改善乙醇致酒精性肝损伤。Objective： To observe the protective effect of Geju Xingshen Formula for acute alcoholic liver injury in mice. Methods： The 60 SPF mice were randomly divided into the control group,the model group,the positive drug group,Geju Xingshen Formula high,medium and low dose groups with 10 mice in each group. In addition to the control group,the other groups＇ mice fed 50% ethanol（ 20 m L / kg） while model appropriately measures. We observed the sleepiness time,serum ALT and AST levels and liver tissue morphological change of mice. Results： Geju Xingshen Formula shortened the sleepiness time,reduced serum ALT and AST levels activity and decreased the necrosis area of liver cells（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Geju Xingshen Formula could obviously improve ethanol alcoholic liver damage.
