摘 要:目的:探讨中医辨证分型治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)稳定期患者肺功能及hs-CRP、TNF-α的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将收治的COPD稳定期患者随机分为研究组和对照组,其中对照组采用慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南2013年修订版给予西医常规治疗,而研究组则在对照组的基础上给予中医辨证分型治疗,比较两组治疗前后的hs-CRP、TNF-α水平及肺功能情况。结果:研究组和对照组患者治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均较本组治疗前明显降低,且差异具有统计学意义(t=5.62、7.85、3.57、4.05,P<0.05)。另外,在治疗后研究组的hs-CRP、TNF-α水平与对照组治疗后相应的指标进行比较亦明显下降,且差异具有统计学意义(t=3.01、3.53,P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的肺功能分级情况较对照组明显改善,且差异具有统计学意义(U=7.25,P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证分型治疗COPD稳定期患者可以有效降低hs-CRP、TNF-α水平,改善患者的肺功能。Objective: To investigate the influence on lung function and hs- CRP and TNF- α in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by differentiation treatment with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine guided by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines in 2013 while the study group on the basis of the control group was given TCM syndrome differentiation treatment. The hs- CRP and TNF- α levels and pulmonary function before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results: The study group and the control group's hs- CRP and TNF- α levels were significantly lower than those before treatment and the difference was statistically significant( t = 5. 62,7. 85,3. 57,4. 05,P 〈0. 05). In addition,the study group's hs- CRP and TNF- α decreased obviously compared with those of the control group after treatment and the difference was statistically significant( t= 3. 01,3. 53,P 〈0. 05). The study group's pulmonary function after treatment significantly improved than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant( U = 7. 25,P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of stable COPD patients can effectively reduce hs- CRP and TNF- α levels and improve lung function in patients.
