长脉冲1064nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗儿童化脓性肉芽肿的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：评价长脉冲1064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗儿童化脓性肉芽肿的疗效及安全性。方法采用长脉冲1064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿99例，治疗前复方利多卡因软膏局部外用麻醉，能量100～140 J/cm^2，脉冲频率1.0～2.0 Hz，脉宽100～200 ms；1个月后复查，疗效不佳者再次治疗直到皮损消失。结果长脉冲1064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿的1次治愈率为76.7%，总治愈率为100%，出现轻度色素沉着者5例（5%），浅表瘢痕者2例（2%），无1例患者出现凹陷性瘢痕或色素减退，随访3个月无复发。结论长脉冲1064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗儿童化脓性肉芽肿安全有效。ObjectiveTo observe the efifcacy of long-pulsed 1064 nm Nd：YAG laser therapy for pyogenic granuloma in children. MethodsNinety-nine children with solitary pyogenic granuloma were treated with long-pulsed 1064 nm Nd：YAG laser using 7-mm spot size, energy range from 100 to 140 J/cm2, with compound lidocaine ointment topic anesthesia. Retreatments were conducted every 4 weeks if necessary until the lesion cleared.ResultsThe cure rate after one treatment session was 76.7%, the total cure rate was 100%, few superifcial scar （2%） and pigment deposition （5%） occurred, depressed scar or depigmentation had not been observed. No relapse occurred during follow-up of 3 months.ConclusionTreating pyogenic granuloma in children with 1064 nm Nd：YAG laser is an effect and safe therapy.
