摘 要:在N2气氛下,对空干基污泥进行了低温热解实验,共检测到5种含硫气体,分别是H2S、SO2、CS2、COS和CH3SH,其中H2S、SO2及CH3SH是主要成分.通过XPS测定污泥样品和焦中各形态硫的变化,发现热解温度低于350,℃时,主要是脂肪族硫分解,其他形态硫变化不大.在此基础上,向污泥中添加了两种脂肪族有机硫,以研究脂肪族硫对含硫气体释放的影响,添加后,发现H2S的释放量剧烈增大,SO2和CH3SH的增加量相对较少,同时H2S释放量的增加促进了COS和CS2的生成.The emission characteristics of sulfur-containing gases during low temperature pyrolysis of sewage sludge were studied in N_2 atmosphere. Five sulfur-containing gases, H_2S, SO_2, CS_2, COS and CH_3SH, were detected, with H_2S, SO_2 and CH_3SH as the main ingredients. The sulfur in raw sludge and chars was quantitatively analyzed using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It was shown that there was a large decline in the level of aliphatic sulfur after pyrolysis, while the other sulfur forms in the chars remained almost unchanged. Therefore, two kinds of aliphatic sulfur were added to the sludge, aiming to study their impacts on the release of sulfur-containing gases. The results indicated a significant increase in the emission of H_2S but a relatively small increase of SO_2 and CH_3SH. It was also indicated that the increase of H_2S promotes the formation of COS and CS_2.
