摘  要:为利用太阳能进行烟丝干燥,了解干燥过程中烟丝水分的变化规律,在槽式聚光太阳能供能基础上,进行烟丝干燥的特性研究。通过建立干燥模型,绘制干燥特性曲线,获取气流温度、速度及人口烟丝含水率等不同因素对烟丝干燥特性的影响。研究结果表明,当入口烟丝含水率和固气比不变时,气流温度(190-200℃)升高或气流速度(15-20m/s)增加,烟丝含水率下降速度也相应增加(即干燥速率加快);当入口烟丝含水率变化时,烟丝干燥速率基本保持不变。该文所建立的模型模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好。In order to dry cut tobacco using solar energy, understanding the moisture variation of cut tobacco in the drying process, the investigation of drying characteristic of cut tobacco was carried out based on solar energy supply from trough concentrating system. By establishing the drying model, and drawing the influences of air flow temperature, speed and moisture content of cut tobacco in inlet drying characteristics curves, the on the drying characteristics of cut tobacco were achieved. The research results show that the drying rate of cut tobacco will increase with the rise of drying temperature (190-200℃ ) or air velocity (15-20 m/s) if the moisture content of cut tobacco and solid-gas ratio in inlet keep unchanged. However, the drying inlet changes. The simulation results rate of cut tobacco keeps almost same when the moisture content of cut tobacco in match with the experimental results well.
